As a BMW Sales Manager you will be committed to achieving excellence in everything you do and have the ability to inspire the same from your team. This role will see you leading and developing a team of sales professionals to achieve sustained success through coaching and identifying of training opportunities, planning of daily operations and monitoring of team performance. 

Reporting to the Dealer Principal, you will play a hands on role in training and mentoring your staff, while supporting them in closing sales and generating new business.  Through supporting the sales team you will maximise the numbers of new cars sold, while ensuring that your customers are delighted with the service they receive.

Responsibilities will  include:

Monitoring and reporting on individual and team sales performance

Ensuring customer satisfaction targets are being exceeded

Taking a hands on approach in supporting sales consultants to meet their targets

Maximising lead conversion for the Business Manager

Identifying training and development needs and opportunities for your staff

Working closely with the sales team to  ensure the dealership meets its new car sales target
