As a MINI Sales Manager your responsibilities will include:

  • Steering and monitoring on individual and team sales performance

  • Ensuring customer satisfaction targets are being exceeded

  • Managing and developing of employees

  • Representing the sales department towards customers, partners and management

 

 

You bring along the following skills and competencies: 

  • Business or technical training

  • Experience as a salesperson, ideally in a motor vehicle company

  • Leadership experience

  • Distinctive customer and service orientation

  • Excellent communication and networking skills

  • High self-drive and motivation to achieve results
