As a BMW Dealer Principal you will be committed to achieving excellence in everything you do. This role will see you managing and developing a team of sales and service professionals to achieve sustained success and drive the business as a visionary. 

Reporting to the Franchise Director and in close cooperation with the Matrix functions you will shape the strategic positioning and development of the dealership that you represent. You will assume responsibility for the product range, the budget planning and the leading and steering of your management team and thus achieve the targets you set for the dealership.

Responsibilities will  include:

  • Responsibility for sales, turnover and results

  • Development of the dealership by developing and implementing innovative sales and marketing strategies and driving the business

  • Management and development of employees through disciplinary and functional guidance and target setting

  • Representation of the dealership in general

About you​

Highly motivated and with a distinct goal orientation you will enjoy leading your sales and service team to success. You will be a problem solver with a passion for leading and developing your staff. With several years of previous managerial experience, you will have good knowledge about the automotive industry. In addition to your ability to communicate and your creativity, you will be able to motivate your employees to achieve top performance.
